Meet the Team
Sarah Jane Kessler
Host/Chef
Sarah Jane is a lover of the natural world, especially its edible treasures. This has led to a life in kitchens all over the United States, Costa Rica and Uruguay. From French bakeries to yoga retreat centers to owning her own catering company, she has a career for 20 years as a student of the culinary arts. With these experiences she has developed a repertoire of seasonal, regional anti-inflammatory recipes. Her vast knowledge of the natural world, the art of self inquiry and enthusiasm for connection can be tasted in all of her offerings.
Ariel Sulena
Yoga and Meditation Teacher
Ariel is a 200HR-YTT yoga alliance instructor with over 15 years experience as a health and fitness professional. Before making the transition into yoga, Ariel worked as a personal fitness trainer in NYC with a focus on special conditions and health restrictions. She earned her yoga teaching credentials in the home of yoga, Rishikesh India. The Motherland. After she completed her certification, she continued her stay for a year by working with a yoga school on their teacher trainings as a yoga instructor and anatomy teacher. Ariel’s mission is to help others who seek to find peace within themselves by sharing the various yogic practices learned in India and incorporating them into a Western lifestyle. She also helps others build long lasting healthy routines and habits for the mind and the body. Ariel wants anyone to feel capable to move and feel accessible to the practice of yoga. Her specialties include; Hatha, Vinyasa, Restorative, Chair Yoga, various Meditations, and Pranayama (Breath work).
